The Ukrainian Association for Jewish Studies begins registration to the Yiddish courses and speaking club organized within the UAJS Yiddish Project in cooperation with the Omeljan Pritsak Research Center for Oriental Studies at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

The Ukrainian Association for Jewish Studies accepts applications for the Marten Feller and Zhanna Kovba Book Award for the best volume in the field of Jewish Studies in 2021. The awarding ceremony is planned for autumn 2021. 

The peer-reviewed annual journal Judaica Ukrainica (JU) invites submissions for the 10th volume (2021).

We invite Ukrainian and foreign scholars who research Jewish civilization (i.e., history, culture, religion, literature, language and so forth), translators of fiction and nonfiction books written in Jewish languages, artists, etc. to become members of the Ukrainian Association for Jewish Studies (UAJS). The association is open to senior scholars as well as to undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate students.

NaUKMA MA in Jewish Studies Program and Ukrainian Association for Jewish Studies invite to a public lecture by Amelia Glaser «Dovid Hofshteyn's Kyiv».

The European Association for Jewish Studies (EAJS) invites applications to the EAJS Conference Grant Programme in European Jewish Studies. Grants will be offered for EAJS Conferences or EAJS Summer (Winter) Schools. These events need to be held within the Academic Year 2019/20.

The Ukrainian Association for Jewish Studies with support of the Nadav Foundation announces the establishment of Marten Feller and Zhanna Kovba Book Award for the best volume in the field of Jewish Studies. The first awarding ceremony is planned for autumn 2019. The book award will be given every second year.
