The Ukrainian Association for Jewish Studies currently works on a project to establish a bibliographic database “Jewish Studies in Independent Ukraine”.

The initiative involves the creation of a reference resource that covers various types of academic publications (books, articles in academic journals and edited volumes, conference materials, etc.), as well as dissertations and educational publications. A convenient navigation system will allow users to find information about publications on requested topics. A significant portion of the bibliographic records will be accompanied by annotations and information about the location of copies.

The project is being conducted in partnership with UNESCO Ukraine with the financial support of the European Union.

The UAJS encourages its members as well as other academicians, librarians, and museum fellows to inform the Association on the recent publications on Jewish Studies.
