The European Association for Jewish Studies has published the Resources for Scholars in Danger list. Ukrainian scholars (especially those who work in Jewish Studies) who are at risk because of the Russian-Ukrainian war can find relevant opportunities there.

Also, the EAJS circulated an information from the ASEEES for Ukrainian scholars at risk.
