Ukrainian scholars participated in the 17th World Congress of Jewish Studies

The Seventeenth World Congress of Jewish Studies took place from August 6 to 10, 2017 at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

15 Ukrainian scholars attended the Congress: Vitaly Chernoivanenko (Kyiv), Oleksii Khamrai (Kyiv), Iryna Serheyeva (Kyiv), Serhiy Hirik (Kyiv), Oleg Bubenok (Kyiv), Andrii Senchenko (Kyiv), Oksana Remarovych (Kyiv), Olga Yamkova (Kyiv), Maksym Martyn (Lviv), Vlasyslava Moskalets (Lviv), Nadiia Skokova (Lviv), Artem Kharchenko (Kharkiv), EugenyKotlyar (Kharkiv), Yuri Radchenko (Kharkiv), and Oleksii Chebotarov (Kharkiv).

The participation of 10 scholars was made possible with the support of the Ukrainian Jewish Encounter Initiative and the Ukrainian Association for Jewish Studies.
